Shipping policy

A flat fee shipping of £5.99 is applicable for up to 39 items, and free shipping on orders of 40 or more items. Free shipping is applicable for Murrays sharing box. 

All the orders placed are processed through DPD Express next-day delivery. We aim to deliver by the next working day once products are shipped, but there can be unavoidable delays depending on logistical challenges. All orders placed by 12 PM will be processed on the next working day by 4 PM. Currently, orders are shipped on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Orders placed after Wednesday midday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Tuesday. 

Kindly make sure to check your postcode on the product page before placing your order. Currently, we do not deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland. If you want to cancel an order, kindly contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. All cancellations and refunds are subject to a 10% cancellation charge of the total order value.
